Hi, I’m Nicci—a Queer AuDHD ex-nurse turned Confidence Coach.

In my 30s I was in such a place I could barely walk to the end of the road, let alone find the energy to shower. I needed help—but not a fix. I needed something that worked with my brain, not against it.

So I tried things out, until one day I realised I’d sold my home and travelled through 18 countries over 2 years with two neurodivergent children in tow.

How? I broke it down into tiny, safe steps.

I used this method to help my son—who was terrified of boats—board a ferry with a smile. And later, when my clients were stuck under a pile of life admin or surrounded by unused crafts, they used it to help themselves too.
